Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size accounts and manage distribution in the market. You will develop leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels.

This role may regionalize and occasionally go global, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of B2B sales experience, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop sales plans and forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals.
