Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. The role includes developing leads, defining sales territories, and delivering technical solutions across channels.

You will lead negotiations, build key relationships, and collaborate with production and supply chain to forecast demand and drive growth. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are required, with US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship or green-card support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
