Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will maintain and expand the account portfolio, understand customer needs, identify new product opportunities, and manage large accounts while coordinating with Production and Supply Chain.

You will develop sales plans, lead negotiations, define territories, and analyze market data. Fluency in English, a bachelor's degree or military equivalent, and at least three years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent to US E5 or higher.
• 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within the organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
