Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small through large accounts in the Pacific Northwest, with regional scope and occasional global opportunities. You will generate leads, define territories, manage analytics, and provide technical solutions across channels.

You will build strong relationships, execute sales plans, forecast with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiate pricing aligned with business goals and regulations. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, deliver volume and value, align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
