Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 10–13 sales managers across the Pacific Northwest, driving growth for Residential Metal Roofing within Metal Solutions. The role includes managing over $80M in revenue, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with business development to maximize margins and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales leadership, with frequent travel (60%), and a base salary in the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• 10+ years in a sales leadership role including executive level work experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical oriented product selling and ability to lead in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales targets to meet company objectives.
• Develop strategic sales plans to promote growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Business Development to improve close ratios and margins.
• Lead go-to-market strategy with cross-functional leaders.
• Integrate newly acquired companies and align culture and processes.
• Develop annual sales plan aligned with organization strategy.
• Direct sales policy implementation and practice.
• Coach the sales team in sales methodologies and CRM usage.
• Coordinate growth strategies to expand market share across segments.
