Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Canadian Regional Manager, Robertson Building Systems, to lead a sales team across Canada and the USA. You will shape sales strategy for Complex/Simple Metal Buildings and Components, collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and VP Sales to achieve revenue targets.

You will travel up to 50%, mentor a high-performing team, and drive profitability through pricing and KPI insights, while aligning with the broader Metal Solutions goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with at least 5 years of sales leadership or general management, ideally in building products.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Executive presence and ability to influence change in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Robertson sales teams and elevate performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in Canada and the USA.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Estimating, and Operations to ensure alignment and profitability.
• Manage pricing strategy and monitor KPI dashboards to drive results.
• Travel up to 50% and support the Robertson office in Brantford, ON.
