Job summary

Salto Systems in the Pacific Northwest region seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. You will drive growth by building partner networks, guiding Territory Managers, and aligning activities with regional goals.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, results-driven, and capable of managing a diverse partner ecosystem, with strong relationship-building and strategic pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Experience in sales management.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Computer proficiency.
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
• Security, electronic access control, door, or hardware industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales targets by developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with Business Partners, representative firms, and end users.
• Provide direction and coaching to Territory Managers and partner firms.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and execute plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and XSperience Centers to support sales objectives.
• Identify opportunities and expand Salto's market across verticals in the territory.
• Foster a culture of accountability and ethical competition.
