Job summary

Salto Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across the Pacific Northwest, including Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role focuses on developing a strong partner network, driving growth, and meeting regional targets through strategic leadership and collaboration with Territory Managers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent leader who builds relationships, travels about 50% of the time, and excels at cross-functional teamwork to maximize SALTO's

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales targets by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Business Partners and end users.
• Provide direction and coaching to Territory Managers and partners.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and execute sales plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and drive growth across the territory.
