Job summary

Salto Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest (Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana) to lead sales efforts across the West Business Unit. You will inspire, lead, and manage sales activities to achieve regional targets, build strong partner relationships, and drive sustainable growth across a diverse partner network.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Territory Managers and internal teams, with travel about 50% and a quarterly bonus

Qualifications

• Must reside within assigned territory.
• Experience in sales management.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to travel ~50%.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
• Security, electronic access control, door, or hardware industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet quarterly sales goals by developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Business Partner Development: Build and manage relationships with Business Partners, rep firms and end users.
• Sales Leadership: Provide direction, coaching, and support to Territory Managers and partners.
• Pipeline and Channel Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and execute sales plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support sales objectives.
• Market Development: Identify opportunities across SALTO offerings to expand territory.
• Teamwork and Communication: Foster accountability and ethical competition within the team.
