Salto Systems in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive growth, and build strong partner relationships across a diverse reseller network. You will guide Territory Managers and representative firms to meet quarterly targets, manage pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve regional objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet quarterly sales goals by developing new business, growing existing accounts, and communicating the value of Salto's solutions and services.
• Sales Leadership: Provide direction, coaching, and support to Territory Managers and representative firms to align sales activities with regional objectives.
• Pipeline and Channel Management: Maintain an accurate, active sales pipeline and drive consistent follow-up, opportunity management, and execution of sales plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across the West Business Unit and the broader organization, leveraging internal resources, XSperience Centers, and integration partners to support sales objectives.
