United Health Centers is seeking a PACE Receptionist to join our growing team. This role fosters a welcoming front desk, manages scheduling, and supports patient flow while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

You will communicate with clinicians, coordinate transportation, and maintain accurate participant records. The position requires strong customer service, bilingual skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment.

Qualificações

• High School graduate or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Greet participants and manage front-desk flow while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and appointments for participants and providers.
• Maintain accurate participant information and scheduling data.
• Support patient flow by communicating with clinicians and transportation coordination.
• Assist with basic office tasks and inventory management as needed.
