Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional front desk support in a busy clinic. You will greet patients, register and discharge them, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records while ensuring smooth patient flow.

The role requires 1 year of medical office experience, CPR certification, and strong computer skills with MS Outlook and Word. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential in our time-sensitive environment.

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent; CPR certification required.
1 year of medical office experience with insurance knowledge preferred.
Typing 70–100 WPM; proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word).

Mansioni

Greet, register, and discharge patients with high-level customer service.
Verify and update patient insurance information at registration.
Input patient demographics and financial information accurately at registration.
Collect insurance co-pays, deductibles, or self-pay amounts at registration.
Answer phones in a polite, patient-centered manner and support patient flow.
Maintain cleanliness of the office and reception area; assist with back-office tasks as needed.
