Job summary

LIFE-NWPA is seeking a Center Coordinator to manage daily Center operations, coordinating Participant services and regulatory readiness. You will work closely with the Center Manager, IDT, and other departments to ensure smooth, safe, and welcoming care environments for Participants.

The role emphasizes documentation, care coordination, and efficient cross-department collaboration to support care plans and service delivery. First shift, full‑time hours with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating multi‑department workflows in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong documentation and regulatory readiness skills.
• Ability to support IDT meetings and care planning documentation.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Center operations to support efficient Participant services across departments.
• Promote Participant satisfaction and person-centered care throughout Center operations.
• Serve as scribe for IDT meetings and document discussions and action items.
• Maintain and track IDT action items and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support care planning and regulatory readiness.
