The position involves opening/closing the center, coordinating with the Operations Director, maintaining records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and tablets/iPads.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center and greet clients and visitors.
• Maintain center cleanliness, safety, and supplies.
• Assist Operations Director with inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure documentation follows Centria procedures and reporting policies.
• Maintain accurate schedules in Centria EMR system.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional interactions.
