Job summary

LAPRC is seeking a Center Operations Manager to oversee non-medical support services and daily operations at our local center(s). You will lead client support programming, coordinate volunteers, and manage data and donor relations.

You will work with center leadership to schedule programs, train volunteers, and ensure confidentiality of client information while driving KPIs and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for client support programming (parenting education, post abortion support, perinatal grief).
• Coordinate schedule for program hours with Nurse Manager and Center Director.
• Coordinate volunteer and client appointment schedules.
• Review KPIs monthly and plan to meet goals.
• Maintain client information with confidentiality.
• Collect and input data on non-medical services and clients.
• Organize intake and distribution of donated baby and maternity items.
• Provide direct client care when volunteers are unavailable or undertrained.
• Cross-train as Client Advocate to assist medical staff and provide options info.
• Build relationships with community referral sources.
• Oversee volunteer management and training to ensure coverage during hours.
