Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to guide clients through procurement and accounts payable transformation. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, collaborating with client teams to improve efficiency, compliance, visibility, and supplier performance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant P2P experience.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition management, PO processing, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across functions.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, flows, and testing plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
