Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay practice to lead transformation engagements across procurement and accounts payable. You will work with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology-enabled solutions.

Travel up to 60% is required as engagements demand on-site client delivery. A 5–8 year background in P2P and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle procurement will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of Procure to Pay experience.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba/Coupa/Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of requisition-to-payment processes and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements with successful outcomes.
• Assess procure-to-pay operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives across requisition, PO, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and IT.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and technology requirements.
• Translate needs into requirements, flows, user stories, and test plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Mentor team members and support business development activities.
