Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to lead transformation engagements across requisition management, PO processing, and invoice processing. You will work with procurement, finance, shared services, and IT stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance, and supplier collaboration, with up to 60% travel.

The role requires 5–8 years of P2P experience, familiarity with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or similar platforms, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in P2P, procurement operations, AP, or related consulting.
• Experience leading P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements.
• Assess procurement and AP operations for improvements and automation.
• Drive initiatives across requisition, PO, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Define future-state processes and technology requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, test plans, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, deployment and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
• Manage risks and executive communications.
• Mentor team members and contribute to proposals and client demos.
