Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay practice to lead transformations across procurement and accounts payable. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, design future-state processes, and drive deployment of technology solutions.

Occasional travel up to 60% supports client engagements across multiple locations. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in P2P, hands-on experience with Ariba/Coupa/Oracle, and strong facilitation and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities across procurement technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and estimates.
