AAA Mountain West Group is seeking Insurance Agents to deliver exceptional service while selling Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Insurance to members across Northern California and surrounding regions. You will pursue new business, service existing policies, and retain clients, earning competitive commissions on top of a guaranteed hourly base rate.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, cross-selling products, and providing a standout member experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; active state license to place P&C insurance.
• 3–5 years of relevant insurance industry experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and desktop tools.

Aufgaben

• Identify customer needs using sales techniques and product knowledge to generate new business and retain insureds.
• Work to meet or exceed targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct an insurance review to identify suitable products, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Establish rapport with insureds to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively solicit business and cross-sell insurance products via events and marketing lists.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complex service issues; assist with first notice of loss when needed.
