AAA is seeking a Branch P&C Insurance Sales Agent in Scottsdale to sell Property & Casualty and Roadside Assistance insurance. This on-site role involves serving members, identifying their needs, and offering suitable coverage options to close sales.

The position emphasizes meeting sales targets, delivering excellent member service, and leveraging multiple products to expand the insurance book. Licensing may be required within a short-start window.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain unrestricted state license(s) to place property & casualty insurance within 21 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate new sales; retain and grow insureds.
• Meet or exceed targets defined by the sales incentive plan and manager directions.
• Conducts insurance reviews to identify suitable products, quotes, binds, and issues policies.
• Provide a sales and service experience that strengthens loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Proactively market to events, perform outbound calls, and cross-sell to customers.
