Job summary

AAA Northern California seeks a P&C Insurance Sales Agent in Mountain View, CA. You will sell Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Insurance, while meeting sales goals and delivering an exceptional Member experience.

This is a full-time role offering a base hourly pay of $19.70 plus commissions, with eligibility for incentive plans, 401(k) match, benefits, paid holidays and PTO, tuition reimbursement, and member perks with AAA.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant insurance industry work experience required.
• Active and unrestricted state license required to place property and casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds and grow the insurance book of business.
• Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct an insurance review for clients to identify suitable products; quote, bind and issue policies.
• Establish rapport with the insured to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Solicit and market to events, perform outbound calling, and cross-sell/up-sell existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance products and membership.
