Impact Partners Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Junior/Associate Recruiter with hands-on Property & Casualty recruiting experience to support senior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and advancing talent across underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, and leadership roles.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to build candidate pipelines, conduct initial interviews, and drive candidates through the process toward offers, while gaining exposure to executive-search projects.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with Property & Casualty talent.
• Experience supporting executive searches (Director+ preferred).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one major ATS.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage passive and active candidates for P&C roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, associations, and outreach.
• Support executive searches by researching and building long/short lists and managing pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and track pipeline metrics.
• Coordinate interview logistics and gather feedback to move candidates to offers.
• Develop knowledge of P&C market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Represent the firm professionally in all interactions with candidates.
• Assist with market mapping and candidate presentation materials for executive searches.
• Contribute to diversity sourcing and process improvements.
