Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in human resources or related field.
• Progress toward professional HR designation is a plus.
• 5 years of progressive human resources experience recommended.
• Generalist HRPD experience is an asset.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and applicable laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfort working independently and in a matrixed organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication with influencing skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proven project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management process and support company-wide initiatives.
• Conduct research, analysis, program design, and communication across HR areas.
• Administer documentation (guides, FAQs, forms) ensuring relevance and accessibility.
• Identify and manage external vendors, consultants and partners and oversee deliverables.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to align priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.
