Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized sales and consulting talent within our health and benefits practice. You will manage 25-35 requisitions, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with senior leaders to drive hiring success.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within Insurance, Employee Benefits, Health & Benefits Consulting, Professional Services, Brokerage, Agency, or Carrier environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates for niche roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
