Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience, small/mid commercial focus.
• Current Property & Casualty license required; professional designations preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and processes for new business and renewal.
• Develop market strategies based on risk and coverage needs.
• Exercise independent judgment in carrier placements.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors and service teams on marketing strategy.
• Review policies and provide coverage improvement recommendations.
• Prepare submissions, ACORD applications, loss summaries, and exposures.
