GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Pensacola Beach, FL is seeking an Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of vacation rental owners, acting as the single point of contact for revenue performance and property care.

You will build trust through proactive communication, manage onboarding, property readiness, and retention, and partner with Revenue Management to align pricing and performance with owner goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, property management, customer success, or a portfolio-based relationship role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work toward measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Foster trusted relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistently high care standards.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of homeowners across all channels.
• Explain revenue strategy, pricing decisions, and market dynamics to owners with clarity and confidence.
• Coordinate onboarding for new properties, including listing live status and ongoing management.
• Review owner statements and resolve discrepancies before questions arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure property care and service standards.
