Job summary

Vacation Homes Collection in Orange Beach, Alabama is seeking an energetic Owner Relations team member to build relationships with property owners, monitor retention, and deliver prompt, respectful service to our clients and owners. You will be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and a boutique-style experience, working 9 am–5 pm Monday–Friday with occasional on-call weekend shifts.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to join our growing

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, team player to be a part of our Owner Relations Team!

In this position, you will work on a TEAM committed to offering PROMPT, EXCELLENT, and RESPECTFUL customer service to each of our Clients / Property Owners.

• Provide Effective Communication Within the Company and With Clients

Work Schedule

Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. This role will require occasional on-call weekend shifts as this is rotated among the owner relations team.
