Job summary

RealJoy Vacations, based in Destin, FL, seeks an Owner Relations Manager to partner with 75–120 vacation rental homeowners along Florida's Emerald Coast. You will advocate for owners, deliver proactive service, and maximize portfolio performance by building trusted relationships.

As a primary contact, you’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure properties are well managed, maintained, and performing. The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem solving, and a guest-centric owner

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, account management, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of approximately 75–120 homeowners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Communicate with property owners daily through phone, email, text, and in person meetings.
• Manage all facets of new owner and property onboarding.
• Attend new property inspections and assist with property launches.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
• Review and assess monthly owner statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Work closely with Operations and other departments to address property specific needs.
• Proactively communicate property performance, opportunities, and recommendations to owners.
• Promote and exemplify the company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
