Job summary

Retreatia in Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking an organized, customer-focused Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of short-term rental properties and retain clients while growing the portfolio.

You will serve as the primary contact for property owners, coordinate onboarding, review owner statements for accuracy, and collaborate with operations to ensure properties are well maintained and guest experiences meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, customer success, or related field.
• Leadership experience managing a customer-facing or account management team.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with property owners daily through phone, text, email and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain rapport with property owners.
• Manage all facets of new owner and new property onboarding.
• Maintain property records via Retreatia systems.
• Review and assess monthly owner statements to ensure accuracy and transparency of charges.
• Seamless teamwork with operations liaison to relay property specific information.
• Encourage and promote the company's Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
