Job summary

Great Ocean Condos & Homes seeks an Owner Relations Manager to foster strong relationships with property owners and ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. You will deliver prompt, personalized service with a cheerful presence and excellent communication skills, working independently and across teams to prioritize tasks and hit company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel, vacation rental, or property management.
• Some college coursework in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital communication tools.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, track owner concerns, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Be a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Have strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family of products.
• Must live within 25 miles of New Smyrna Beach

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with our property owners to ensure owner retention
• Communicate effectively both within the company and with clients, ensuring prompt service
• Maintain owner Property Records
