Job summary

Seascape Beach Resort is seeking an Owner Relations Coordinator to manage on-site day-to-day operations for owner members, coordinating with all departments to ensure a seamless arrival and exceptional experience.

You will recruit non-rental program owners, conduct pre-arrival checks, assist with HOA projects, and serve as on-site concierge for special reservations or events. A friendly, communicative, and proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of related hotel/HOA industry experience and/or training preferred, not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, comprehend and provide instructions, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Holcomb Corporation and Seascape Beach Resort history.
• Self-motivated, patient, and independent worker.
• Helpful, pleasant, and friendly demeanor during all interactions with homeowners and Seascape Resort guests and employees.
• Adaptability to an ever-changing work environment as services, benefits, and programs are added and modified.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with rental program owners to ensure reservations are made accurately, maintenance issues are addressed in an efficient manner, and unit is in top rentable condition in accordance with Seascape Resort standards and owner desires.
• Reach out to non-rental program owners to recruit them into the Seascape Resort on-site rental program.
• Walk units of owners who are scheduled for arrival, to ensure quality owner satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure unit exceeds expectations, prior to owners arrival.
• Act as an on-site concierge for Seascape Resort owner members; help assist with special reservation requests or requests for social or corporate events.
• Keep an active Seascape Resort Rental Program Member Contact List with member names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and information about the members.
• Assist in coordination of major owner projects, such as replacement of owner furnishings and implementation of unit-wide initiatives and projects.
• Assist owner members with HOA related projects and HOA or HOA management correspondence, as necessary.
• Oversee delivery and set up of owner amenities.
• Oversee booking onsite and offsite reservations and appointments for owners.
• Timely respond to and complete daily tasks and member requests in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Helpful, pleasant, happy demeanor during conversations with owners & guests.
