Job summary

Avada Properties seeks a dynamic Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of vacation rental owners from onboarding to ongoing care. You will be the primary contact, building trust through proactive communication and strategic guidance, driving retention and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include onboarding new properties, coordinating property readiness, reviewing owner statements, and collaborating with Operations and Revenue teams to explain performance drivers and pricing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, property management, customer success, or a portfolio-based relationship role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience with revenue concepts, owner financials, or rate management.
• Experience with property management or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster trusted relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high standard of care.
• Coordinate onboarding for new properties and ongoing management.
• Review owner statements and resolve discrepancies before inquiries arise.
• Explain revenue strategy, pricing decisions, and market dynamics to owners.
• Partner with Revenue Management and represent the owner’s perspective.
• Hold cross-functional teams accountable for care and service standards.
