Job summary

RealJoy Vacations is seeking a Lead Owner Relations Manager for our Panama City Beach team. This leadership role focuses on coaching a team of Owner Relations Managers, strengthening homeowner relationships, and driving owner revenue and satisfaction.

You’ll be a proactive leader, guiding performance, executing retention strategies, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver an exceptional owner experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, customer success, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop Owner Relations Managers to help them grow, hit their goals, and reach their full potential.
• Protect and grow homeowner relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful follow-up, and creative retention strategies.
• Support your team through tough conversations, escalated concerns, and opportunities to turn an unhappy owner into a happy partner.
• Monitor team performance, service standards, KPIs, and follow-through to keep everyone on track.
• Think like a business partner to help your team understand how pricing, occupancy, property availability, and operational decisions impact homeowner revenue and satisfaction.
• Partner with Property Management, Revenue Management, Guest Services, Accounting, and Operations to deliver the best possible owner experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, celebrate wins, and help build a team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
