The role emphasizes client-facing management, cross-department collaboration, and a Monday–Friday schedule with an on-site office option in Nags Head or Corolla. Candidates should have strong financial acumen and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales, account management, or related management role.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or similar is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for property owners, overseeing a portfolio of 100–120 properties.
• Build and maintain strong owner relationships with proactive communication and personalized support.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of properties, including walkthroughs and documentation.
• Review monthly financial statements for property owners and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize owner experience.
