Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Temporary Owner Onboarding Representative to drive owner onboarding activities, conduct sales document presentations, and provide post-sale support for club products.

The role includes training, legal/compliance checks, and collaboration with resort teams to improve retention and guest experience. Responsibilities include educating owners, tracking trends, and assisting the OO Manager to meet compliance goals while delivering high-quality service and a positive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established guidelines.
Provide owner education through curriculum in private or group sessions about club products.
Identify patterns and training opportunities and report to OO Manager.
Provide sales team training on product knowledge and compliance as needed.
Coordinate logistics for educational events and materials with marketing, sales and resort teams.
Perform other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
