Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative in Las Vegas, NV to deliver presentations for owner purchases and provide on-site education and services for club products.

You will handle follow-up, ensure owner satisfaction, and relay feedback to improve training and compliance. Requirements include 1+ year of customer service and a Nevada Timeshare real estate license (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage owners.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have Real Estate of Nevada Timeshare Sales Agent License or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales document presentations for new and existing owner purchases.
• Provide owner education on club products and services.
• Follow up with owners and maintain site customer contact.
• Report patterns and training opportunities to OO Manager.
• Assist in training sales teams on product knowledge and compliance.
• Coordinate educational events and materials with resort teams.
