Job summary
Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Owner Onboarding Representative to drive the onboarding experience for owners and present sales documentation for new and existing purchases.
You will deliver onsite education and services for club products, follow-up processes, and site customer contact, while relaying observations to OO Manager to improve training, rescission and compliance. Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks with strong communication skills.
- Experience in sales support, onboarding or customer service preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following guidelines.
- Provide owner education through curriculum in private or group settings.
- Identify patterns and training opportunities for OO Manager.
- Train sales team on product knowledge, documents, and compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for educational events and materials.
