Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative to drive the onboarding experience for owners, deliver sales presentations, and provide exceptional customer support through onsite education and services for club products.

You will relay feedback to improve training and help meet retention and compliance goals. The role emphasizes proactive and reactive owner engagement, adherence to standards, and collaboration with OO Manager to enhance sales outcomes and satisfaction across

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments.
• Conflict management skills.
• TNL product knowledge expertise preferred.
• Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners.
• Provide Owner Education through curriculum in private or group sessions.
• Identify patterns, trends, training opportunities and compliance concerns to OO Manager.
• Provide training for the sales team on product knowledge and sales compliance.
• Coordinate logistics and reporting for educational events with marketing and resort teams.
• Other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
