Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide multiple electrical construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead project managers and assistants, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while fostering client relationships and business development.

You’ll coordinate with prime clients, A/E teams, and subcontractors, maintain project logs and change orders, and mentor staff. Travel 10-25% is required as projects vary across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in project management for electrical construction.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and client-relations skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling, safety protocols and construction tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Project Managers and Project Assistants.
• Manage project objectives, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Coordinate with client, A/E and subcontractors to keep on schedule.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial tracking.
