Vaco by Highspring in Orlando is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to build a robust client portfolio. You will own market development, win new projects, and collaborate with recruiters to deliver top talent across transactional accounting, finance, administration, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing, consulting, or solutions-sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of developing new business and achieving sales or gross-margin goals.
• Established relationships within the local business community.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with technology leaders, including CEOs, CMOs, CHROs, and other senior decision-makers.
• Generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, social media, market intelligence, and in-person meetings.
• Sell staffing, direct-hire, project, and consulting solutions within your local market for skill sets including transactional accounting, finance, administration, marketing, and operations.
• Identify client needs, secure new job orders, and manage opportunities from intake through successful fulfillment.
• Partner closely with experienced recruiters to deliver high-quality professionals.
• Develop and maintain a focused target-account strategy and consistent sales pipeline.
• Expand existing relationships by introducing additional Vaco and Highspring capabilities where appropriate.
• Collaborate across offices, practices, and markets to pursue opportunities and serve clients.
• Maintain accurate client, pipeline, and activity information in our ATS and CRM system.
• Achieve individual activity, revenue, and gross-margin objectives.
