Job summary

The role emphasizes staffing, training, and safety, with accountability for P&L and shrink. You will guide development paths, participate in promotions, and ensure smooth multi-department operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas (meat, bakery, produce, deli) and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive company image with courteous, friendly service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career development and succession planning; participate in promotion decisions.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
