Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clear directions.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information for decisions.
• Experience teaching suggestive selling.
• Ability to mentor team members and lead safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; manage P&L and shrink.
• Ensure store appearance and product presentation meet standards.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Promote a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
