Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational store assignments in meat, bakery, produce, deli; customer service and product flow experience helpful.
• Ability to communicate clear directions and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial info to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in daily store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Oversee staffing, hiring and career progression; manage promotions decisions.
• Maintain P&L awareness and shrink reduction.
• Ensure a safe, clean store and consistent attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
