Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas; customer service and product flow experience helpful.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development to support promotions.
• Document disciplinary actions and advise on discharge when needed.
• Oversee P&L, sales targets and shrink control for the department.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure training completion and overall readiness of the team.
• Maintain a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
