Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze information.
• Certified in required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and development for team members.
• Document disciplinary actions and make recommendations on discharge.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure service and sales goals.
• Ensure team is trained in all aspects of their jobs and training completed.
• Spend majority of time in-store communicating with customers and team members.
• Promote a safe work environment.
