You will coach officers, ensure safety procedures are followed, and document shift activities for client sites. Required: 18+ years old, HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license if driving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and account/field managers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline officers within policy; document shift activities.
