Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned customer site, coordinating quality service delivery and acting as a liaison between site supervisor and account management. The role involves supervising staff, coaching, recognizing performance, and enforcing guidelines.

The position includes an overnight schedule (11PM–7AM) on a part-time flex basis, with standard security responsibilities and a focus on customer service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Driver’s license with driving history requirements.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional conduct at all times.
