Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Norfolk, VA. The role supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers on client sites, ensures post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and necessary reports are filed, coordinating with client representatives for security requirements.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related security experience; weekend and overnight availability, and proven leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years related security experience preferred.
• Experience supervising Security Officers and coordinating with client sites.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, rounds, reports, and staff coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff across posts at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and escalate to management as needed.
• Train officers, review post orders, and manage assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll submission and personnel information as designated.
