Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and ensure quality service delivery at an assigned site. You will liaise with site supervisors and client managers while guiding security officers on duties, performance, and compliance.

The role includes coaching staff, maintaining safety standards, and handling incident responses during an overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) on a part-time flex schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
